The upper floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a living room with two futons (queen & standard), a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, and a bathroom. There is also an attached laundry room. The lower floor has a large family room with a couch and day-bed, a bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom. Both floors have decks that span the entire length of the lake-side of the house.

The house is about 50 feet above the lake, with a dozen stairs and winding path down to the water. The rocky beach is 52 feet wide and has its own private dock. There is also private parking for 3 vehicles on the west side of the house, accessible via a primitive non-public upper road .

MAIN FLOOR
Furnished kitchen, bedroom (bunk beds), living room (queen & standard futons), bath, laundry.

LOWER FLOOR
Family room (day bed), master bedroom (king bed) and bath.

EXTERIOR
Plenty of deck space, and private parking for 3 cars in back.

DOCK & BEACH
The property has 50 feet of lakefront with private dock for swimming, boating, skiing and fishing.
The house is 50 feet above the lake, with some stairs and a winding path down to the water.
